As internist and clinical epidemiologist, Holger J. Schünemann currently chairs the department of Epidemiology at the Italian National Cancer Institute “Regina Elena” in Rome, Italy. He holds academic appointments at the State University of New York at Buffalo and with the CLARITY research group (McMaster University) and he is an early member of the GRADE working group.
