Dr. Dagenais, M.D. PhD. Rheumatologist, has masters in clinical epidemiology and HTA. He is working as a consultant-researcher for the Agency for the Health Services and Technology Assessment of the province of Quebec (Canada) (AETMIS) since 2005 where he is involved in current HTA and provides methodological support to researchers.
