Mark Gibson is currently a program officer for the Milbank Memorial Fund and Deputy Director of the Center for Evidence-based Policy at the Oregon Health and Science University.  Mr. Gibson has been involved in health policy for over 20 years in the legislative and executive branches of government, and now in the philanthropic and research sectors.
