Workshop type: Closed.

Objective: To enable Centre administrators to use Archie with efficiency and ease, while adhering to Collaboration policy.

Summary:
The workshop will be about how Centre administrators can get the best out of Archie. The format will be training, but with ample room for discussion of practices and policies. 

In addition to a general introduction to the basic principles, the workshop will focus on:   
• Working with people records.
• Co-operating with other entities.
• Editing and publishing the Centre Module.
• Using Archie for mass mailings (e.g. in disseminating Cochrane News).

Intended audience: Centre administrative staff responsible for maintaining the Centre’s Archie records.

Technical level expected of participants: Basic.
