ROOM BOOKING IS OFFICIALLY CLOSED AS ACTIVITY SIGN-UPS HAVE COMMENCED

AND THE PROGRAMME BOOK HAS GONE TO PRESS. THANK YOU.

Through Monday 10 September, rooms for meetings from Wednesday 24 October through Saturday 27 October, from 7:30 to 9:00 and from 11:00 to 12:30, must be booked using the Room Booking Form.

To check the meetings that have already been booked, please refer to the Scientific Program.

Rooms for Tuesday 23 October can be booked under consultation.

Notes

• From Wednesday 24 October through Saturday 27 October , coffee and tea will be available between 10:30 and 11:00 and between 16:00 and 16:30 daily; lunch will be served between 12:30 and 14:00 daily. The foregoing is provided free of charge. If you wish to have beverages or food served at a meeting or outside the scheduled time, you must pay for such services separately.

• If you would like to reserve a 10-person round table for a working meeting during lunch, please follow the instructions on the form Room Booking Form as per the area entitled 'RESERVE A TABLE FOR A MEETING DURING LUNCH'.

• Your booking will be confirmed within one week. If you have not received confirmation within that time, or if you need to make changes to your request, please send an e-mail to cochrane.colloquium@bireme.org with ‘room booking’ in the subject heading of your e-mail.
